RMAFP Mentoring Program

The RMAFP is seeking mentoring partners. This is a great opportunity for all no matter where you are at in your career. We should never stop learning. No matter where you are at in your career, entry level, middle or senior, there are many benefits to being a mentor and a mentee!

Mentors gain leadership skills, expand their professional network, get a different perspective on the treasury and finance field and career goals along with the chance to provide support, direction and make a difference to a fellow professional.

Mentees can gain insight from mentor’s experience, develop communication skills, expand professional network, gain exposure to different perspectives on the field, get feedback and the framework for creating goals for your future.
