ANTI-TRUST STATEMENT |
It is the responsibility of the Rocky Mountain Association of Finance Professionals, and its members, to comply with all aspects of Federal and State antitrust laws. Our members are competitors and any action or agreement which may eliminate, restrict or govern competition among members or their colleagues could be a violation of antitrust laws. Accordingly, any discussion or exchange of information concerning individual prices, rates, coverages, market practices, claims settlement practices, or any other competitive aspect of an individual company's operation, is strictly prohibited.
As members of the Association, please be mindful of the constraints of antitrust laws. Adherence to these guidelines during all RMAFP functions protects members and the Association from liability. Penalties for violating antitrust laws are severe and could include criminal prosecution, fines or imprisonment. Any questions regarding the meaning or applicability of this statement, as well as any concerns regarding activities or discussions at Association meetings, should be promptly brought to the attention of the Association President or KML Management.
