Relationships go Both Ways: Deep Diving into Client & Bank Group Relationship Management - An exploration of the nuanced dynamics between how banks perceive their client relationships and how clients, in turn, evaluate their banking partners. The session will highlight the differing perspectives on relationship value and engagement, viewed through the unique vantage point of treasury professionals operating across both sides.

Justin Guerra, Senior Vice President Kaufman, Hall & Associates, LLC Justin Guerra is a Senior Vice President in Kaufman Hall’s Treasury and Capital Markets practice. He provides analytical, quantitative, and strategic support for innovative treasury solutions. Justin focuses on developing holistic strategies and tactical roadmaps for re-engineering treasury structures with an emphasis on maximizing operational efficiency, improving financial performance, and mitigating risk. Prior to joining Kaufman Hall, Justin served at J.P. Morgan as a Vice President in their Corporate Client Banking organization, where he created comprehensive cash management solutions and was a trusted business lead for key initiatives. Justin earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Business Process Management and a minor in Spanish from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.  Nick LaTour, Senior Associate Kaufman Hall, a Vizient Company Nick LaTour is a Senior Associate with Kaufman Hall’s Treasury & Capital Markets practice. He has over 6 years of experience in treasury operations through roles within implementation and relationship management. His primary focus includes strategic solutioning to optimize treasury operations processes, increase automation and drive data-based decision-making. Before joining Kaufman Hall, Nick was a Treasury Sales Associate at J.P. Morgan, and prior to this, a Senior Implementation Specialist with Bank of America.
