Mobile Cash Management Best Practices

Mobile Cash Management Best Practices will explore the current mobile landscape in the US, why a commercial mobile solution is important, what to look for in a commercial solution and why companies have adopted mobile banking.  We will discuss best practices for mobile security and what mobile offerings are on the horizon.

Presenter(s) Bio:

Melissa Zajac is a Senior Product Manager for Key Total Treasury, KeyBank’s corporate online channel within the Product & Innovation group in Enterprise Commercial Payments.  In this role, Melissa is responsible for the mobile experience for business banking clients, including defining strategy and delivery, enabling new mobile capabilities, and increasing digital and mobile client acquisition, client satisfaction, retention and revenue generation.

With more than 20 years of experience at Key, Melissa has held various positions throughout the bank, including digital analytics manager for Key.com as well as a business architect within Enterprise Architecture.  Prior to her current role, she managed the consumer mobile solution at Key and successfully launched Key’s first mobile app in 2012 and consumer mobile deposit in 2013. 

Melissa is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP) and is an active member of the Northern Ohio Association for Financial Professionals Idea Exchange planning committee.  Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Akron and volunteers her time as an assistant cross-country coach in her local school.
