Chris R. Myklebust, State Bank Commissioner
Mr. Myklebust was appointed as the State Bank Commissioner on July 8, 2015. As the State Bank Commissioner, he is responsible for all examination and enforcement functions of the Division of Banking, subject to the policy- and rule-making authority of the Banking Board, for all Colorado state-chartered commercial banks, trust companies, and licensed money transmitters. In addition, he is responsible for enforcing the Public Deposit Protection Act.
Mr. Myklebust served as the State Commissioner of Financial Services since 2006 prior to his appointment as the State Bank Commissioner. He previously worked in the private sector as a consultant serving in a number of management capacities throughout the United States, specializing in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, regulatory, legal and compliance, marketing and business operations.
He is a graduate of Regis University in Denver where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management. He also holds a degree in Electronics Engineering Technology and has been professionally licensed in securities and real estate.

Evan Anderson, Founder and CEO of Sustainable Health LLC
Evan Anderson is the founder and CEO of Sustainable Health LLC, which received the 5th cultivation license awarded in Colorado. He has an MBA from University Colorado Boulder (his master's thesis was on social licensing in emerging cannabis markets), and Bachelor's degree in psychology and geography from the University of Colorado Boulder. In six short years, under Evans leadership, Sustainable Health has grown into a multimillion dollar enterprise which includes cultivation, processing, two dispensaries, a lighting company, a nutrient company, and a consulting company. He has taken a leading role in the development of cannabis best practices at the state and local level.
