The Economic Impact of Tariffs We will discuss the overall economic impact of tariffs, especially in North America, to companies and possible strategies to manage that impact. Impacts will be discussed such as: the job market, cost of production locally vs importing with benefits and disadvantages, US & global economy impact and fed rates.

This 2025 hot topic will be presented in a short panel and then participants will discuss in small groups with facilitated leadership of the discussion.

Jean-Baptiste Guillemot, Treasury Manager- Arrow Electronics

Born and raised in France, I have lived, studied, and worked across Asia, Caucasus, Europe, and America. I began my Treasury career at Arrow Electronics, managing the EMEA region from Germany before earning successive promotions that took me to Portugal and then the Netherlands. In mid-2022, I was promoted to Treasury Manager for the Americas, overseeing the region while managing Arrow’s global funding and debt & investment strategy.

Correy Jones, Senior FX Specialist- CorPay Cross Border

Correy JonesCorrey has been in the capital markets since 1991.  He started out in a trading and sales roll in the U.S. Treasury and short-term corporate bond market.  After a two-year stint in the bond market, he moved over to a sales and trading roll in the FX market.  Correy worked for what became the Wells Fargo FX group from 1993 until 2019.  During that time, he also added expertise in cross currency interest rate derivatives putting his FX and bond market experience together.  Starting in 2019, Correy moved over to GPS Capital Markets which was and FX specialist boutique firm.  In late 2025, GPS was acquired Corpay Cross border solutions, which is the largest boutique FX specialist firm in the world with operation in more than 20 countries.
