Speaker(s) Bios: 

Ian Wyatt- Director of Economics- Huntingdon Commercial Bank 

Ian Wyatt is a Senior Economist with expertise in commercial lending, macroeconomic forecasting, and industry analysis. As Huntingdon's Director of Economics, he helps the bank and its commercial clients navigate economic uncertainty and make better decisions through insights and data. 
 
Bryan Nance, SVP, Director of Healthcare – HTLF Bank
Bryan Nance is an experience healthcare and financial professional with 25 years of progressive experience in healthcare, commercial finance, and Banking.  In September 2020, he launched the first dedicated Healthcare specialized industries lending platform at HTLF Bank, with a focus on providing debt and banking solutions to middle market and lower middle market healthcare operators and investors across different healthcare sectors nationwide.  
Prior to joining HTLF, he was a critical/integral/ member of two healthcare banking platforms, including another start-up healthcare banking platform basted on the West Coast.  Before that, his career including stints as a independent consultant, collateral/field examiner, and worked for private healthcare Asset Based Lending platforms.   He started his career working for one of the largest publicly traded Skilled Nursing and Seniors Housing operators in the country.
Bryan has lived in Denver for almost 8 years, residing in the Platt Park neighborhood with his wife and son.
