| Devin Vigil Head of Treasury | DPR Construction Devin Vigil serves as Head of Treasury for DPR Construction and their family of companies. Prior to joining DPR, Mr. Vigil was a member of the Capital Markets & Investments team at The Western Union Company in the firms Treasury department; responsible for executing debt deals, share buy back, and managing the firms multibillion dollar fixed income investment portfolios. Mr. Vigil started his career at Janus Capital Group in Denver and spent time on the bond team, fund accounting, on the research team as a financial analyst generating risk statistics and portfolio attribution, and in his last post Devin was on the elite Client Portfolio Management team leading product management for the international equity and research strategies.
Mr. Vigil holds dual Masters of Business Administration and Masters of Science in Finance degrees from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communications & Theatre with a minor in Political Science at Metropolitan State University. | | | Henri Proutt Portfolio Specialist, Global Liquidity Solutions | Allspring Global Investments Henri Proutt is a portfolio specialist for the Global Liquidity Solutions team at Allspring Global Investments. In this role, he is responsible for helping the portfolio management teams set investment strategies and collaborating with clients to identify appropriate investment solutions that meet their investment and risk objectives. He joined Allspring from its predecessor firm, Wells Fargo Asset Management (WFAM). Prior to his current role, Henri was a portfolio manager for the Short Duration Fixed Income team.
Prior to joining WFAM, Henri served as an analyst for the Quantitative Research Group at Conning Asset Management. He began his investment industry career in 2008. He earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bryant University.
