Exposures and Insurance coverages as related to fraud protection

Discussion of exposures that related to fraud including social engineering scams, funds transfer scams, false invoicing scams, and also cyber extortion/ransomware events. Presentation shall include an overview of the exposures and an in depth dialogue of the related insurance products and coverages available in the market to provide protection for these fraud exposures.

Will is responsible for negotiating, structuring and placing Executive Liability programs, including: Directors and Officers, Employment Practices, Fiduciary, Errors & Omissions and Cyber/Privacy Liabilities, as well as Crime and Kidnap for Ransom coverages. With a combined brokering and underwriting background, and in conjunction with abundant carrier contacts, Will can favorably negotiate sophisticated insurance for clients in any class of business. Will assists, both internally and externally, with risk analysis and management, claims advocacy and benchmarking exercises specific to the Management Liability lines. Will is IMA’s resident expert for Crime and Fidelity coverages.
