Robert Tucci is a Managing Director on the Unclaimed Property Management Solutions Team of True Partners Consulting.  Robert has extensive experience in unclaimed property consulting, specializing in the performance of comprehensive diagnostic reviews, and multi-state audit defense.  Before joining True Partners Consulting LLC, he held the position of Co-Leader of Grant Thornton’s National Unclaimed Property Practice.  Prior to Grant Thornton, he was the Central Region Leader of Deloitte & Touche’s National Unclaimed Property Services Group.

From 2001-2015, Robert has been a speaker for holder education seminars sponsored by UPPO and other professional groups.

Over 17 years of experience in state and local tax and over 15 years of experience in unclaimed property consulting. Robert has represented numerous Fortune 500 clients in the defense of both unclaimed property audits, in the performance of comprehensive diagnostic reviews, and the development and implementation of unclaimed property policies and procedures.

Robert is recognized as an authority in the area of audit defense and voluntary disclosure agreements with both public and private clients of various sizes and in numerous industries including retailing, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and energy.

Prior to joining True Partners, Robert held various leadership positions within Grant Thornton and Deloitte & Touche’s National Unclaimed Property Groups.

Jim Weigand is a Senior Manager in the National Unclaimed Property Practice of True Partners Consulting LLC.  Jim has extensive experience in unclaimed property consulting, including audit defense, comprehensive diagnostic reviews, quantitative analysis, exposure remediation and various voluntary settlement procedures.  Additionally, Jim plays an integral role in assisting clients with their annual unclaimed property compliance processes.

Jim has been a speaker for holder education seminars sponsored by various professional groups, including Unclaimed Property Professionals Organization, American Payroll Association, Association for Financial Professionals, Council of Petroleum Accounting Societies and Strafford Publications.

Jim is recognized as an authority in negotiating voluntary disclosure settlements with most jurisdictions.

Jim also has extensive knowledge with unclaimed property compliance services and is familiar with the unclaimed property reporting requirements of the various jurisdictions, and the implementation of third-party unclaimed property reporting software systems.
