Session Description: Looking for ideas on how to better handle relationships with vendors? Having strong vendor relationships goes a long way to achieving success. These relationships are vital to a company.  Good vendor management is about ensuring communication and supply lines are clear and maintained, so that your vendors are happy and you get the goods and services you need, when you need them. It is not always about negotiating the lowest price possible but constantly working with your vendors to come to agreements that will mutually benefit both companies.  Come hear from several companies on how they manage their vendor relationships to add value and achieve their goals!  In addition, we will have a vendor there to talk about what they look for in clients and how they measure success from their side.  This session will provide best practices and tips to help you with your vendor relationships – both as a corporate practitioner or as a vendor.
