Session Title: Robotic Process Automation: a Digital Workforce in Financial Services
Session Description: Robotics or robot process automation (RPA) is the use of a software ‘robot’ that replicates the actions of a human being interacting with the user interface of a computer system. This discussion will provide an overview of RPA technology and explore ways that financial services firms are increasingly taking advantage of an automated workforce to improve margin, enhance customer service, improve employee job satisfaction and free up human capital to focus on higher value activities.
