Session Title: Changing Mindsets to Build Treasury's Influence

Session Description: Achieving and sustaining your treasury career goals together with corporate strategic objectives requires leadership, mindset and operational changes. Together these three can transform how treasury and finance can drive strategic and enterprise change through team partnerships across the C-suite and your entire organization.

If the mindsets that block change don't change, then treasury objectives and your career goals may not happen. Unsetting mindsets to shift thinking leads to sustainable, breakthrough performance. By identifying and challenging current ways of thinking, you can gain access to new mindsets and fresh perspectives to deliver sustainable, extraordinary results for yourself, your treasury organization and your company.

This interactive session speaks to how mindsets impact performance. You will hear from a former practitioner who changed mindsets and had a significant impact on their teams and businesses.
